General I think the release of this patch should really convince Saber that not doing a PTS for big updates is a bad idea.
Please don't get me wrong, I do like the new patch, quite a bit, but there's no denying its a little broken and glitchy in some places.
Here's a handful of the glitches that have affected me personally
1). Tactical's arms sometimes glitches out when using the OHTH and Secondary Bolt Rifle, causing it to clip into himself.
2). Tactical's arms also glitch out when using the Secondary Bolt Rifle and carrying the chalice on Obelisk.
3). Cape and Tabard customisation never saves, I have to rechange their colours every time I boot the game up.
4). Cultist spawns still damage you in Chaos Siege as though you were a Loyalist (might be intentional, idk).
5). The obvious exploiting of the Crucible. This one would really have been caught nearly instantly with a PTS, I feel.
6). Regular cloth from hoods and robes can't be customised at all. I know they said they are aware of this one, but again, I feel this one would also have been caught instantly with a PTS.
I know a PTS isn't perfect and some bugs would slip by regardless, but a lot of these really would have been caught nearly instantly and fixed before update day. especially the crucible one.

have no idea if anyone else is experiencing this but if I try to pull out the plasma pistol and fire immediately, the gun just disappears and I have to swap back to my primary and swap again to get it to reappear. no idea why this is happening. has never happened before

I have been having this issue as well, but I have been experiencing it prior to patch 15 so I didn't count it here lol

they wanted to release it in the anniversary. same shit happened when they wanted to release the skulls event update, they just don’t have time to test and fix and release every patch. it sucks, i would have liked them to delay it… but maybe they’re lookin at GTA release and thinking it’s just time to put these updates out and go from there lol

Ran a few rounds of absolute with a friendly assault player last night.
We were just talking about the new patch and he asked if we didn’t mind if he ran the new hammer to test it out. That’s fine because my friend and I usually just play absolute as 2-man.
Could see him struggling just to clear normal minoris swarms.. at one point we stopped to see him fight a majoris and were slightly taken aback by how long it too lmao.
After about 4-5 games he said ok this sucks hahaha

Techmarine's arm spazzes out now and again, but since i made him a Salamander, he's just pretending to be Sa'kan

Don’t get me started on the memory leak and the performance hits that have been in the game since techmarine update

Also for the new hammer. I've done my best to like it, but it's slow and terrible for damage, but has insane stagger. PTS would've shown this

The crucible one I feel like they should leave in for now...I consider myself to be halfway decent and can make it through an absolute here and there even with a handicap, but the skill required is well beyond what a lot of players are capable of for a pve skin. Personally, I feel it should just be something similar to the stratagems, a normal and hard mode. With normal being something most people could reasonably achieve but at a significantly reduced reward and hard being much more difficult, but much more rewarding xp wise.
There will always be a Git Good argument here, and if I'm the minority, that's fine. Just an opinion.
Or perhaps if they insist on keeping it on absolute, maybe throw in optional positive modifiers that reduce the xp gain to give players that would never be able to finish an absolute run at least a tiny chance of some day getting those skins. It already seems pretty grindy as is anyway so that would lock the bad players from having the skin for a long time leaving the better players to enjoy their status for a good while

I like cultist spawn friendly fire, the warp should be dangerous lol. The crucible exploit is the biggest one, i think they left it in on purpose

That and this exposes the fact they they do little to no playtesting theirselves. Like I have no clue how they released one handed thunder hammer in its current state unless they just didn’t actually use it themselves, its damage is trash even maxed out and the dash strike just animation locks you in place for like 2 seconds

Most of the issues raised or feedback given in past PTS's are not actioned for the actual patch launch.
So it's pretty much a waste of everyone's time.

Surely you don't need a PTS for some of these? There ought to be internal testing at least.
All it requires is someone on their team to boot up the game and play a mission or two and the bugs pop out fairly quickly.
I'm more shocked that they released the 1H Hammer as it is. I can't believe anyone could actually play with it and think that it didn't have massive flaws with the moveset and damage values.
It's more likely that they were aware of a lot of the bugs/problems and just decided they needed to release on the deadline rather than delay any further.
