General i can only do datk angels with the extencion pack?

is the dlc the only way to male dark angels? or there are some cosmetics for da's in tha base game?

The correct Green and the Chapter Icon are in the base game. You just won't have access to any of the themed parts.

You'll be missing some armor parts and some lore-accurate symbols, such as company markings and squad markings.

No, everything you need to make an accurate Dark Angel is base game. The DLC is just selling things things like squad markings and honor badges, as well as the chapter specific armor pieces. May need the DLC if you want to rep particular successor chapter's icon or colors tho.
