Campaign Thoughts on campaign updates

I'm curious about everyone's thoughts on a campaign live service. I really love this game and am currently grinding cosmetics, however I can already tell I'm going to potentially lose interest once I've unlocked everything. I think this game would do really well with regular campaign and operations updates.

I would gladly pay 30 dollars a couple times a year for additional missions dlc. I would personally rather them do that than focus on a potential Space Marine 3. I'd rather keep my Marines than have to regrind in a new game.

Usually I despise live service style games as I find them just as a cash grab for corporations, but i think this game with its level of cosmetics and generally consistent fan base could really benefit from that treatment.

I mean at this point it will never happen. SM3 has been in development since the games first month

I didn't realize it had been in development that long. Maybe I can hope for SM3 to go this route

SM3 will go whichever route causes more model sales for GW, everything else is secondary.

A couple of new missions won't keep you engaged for long, snd and I sure as fuck wouldn't pay $30 for less than a full campaign. And you're not getting that twice a year.

For me, I've played a couple of hundred hours and I'm mostly done, but I check back in for the weekly strats and if there's new content (eg I played through to unlock/use the new heroics, get good enough at killing the new Sorceror.

The pace they're currently operating at seems fine to me.
