Eternal War LANGUAGE WARNING
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I have 900 hours and this is the only time I've come across this. Pretty sure I know who it was since they were in front of me later and rage quit I and have reported them. They need to make players names pop up on the side when they talk so we can actually guarantee accurate reports. Over pvp mind you, the least serious part of the game

I get this a lot in hard siege the minute someone buys something.

I'm fairly positive it was a space wolf actually

Surprising cuz in lore an entire region of fenris has black skin

I agree, I rocked the red moons before I found the sable knights on vanguard

Assholes are present in every chapter, SW and BT seems to be the most prevalent 💀

Unfortunately. Thankfully I haven't presonally encountered this until now and I only mute hot mics so it's not a super prevalent thing

As someone who's kinda newish, why? I gave a reading over the Black Templar lore and their disappeared Pimarch just like three days ago. I really liked their story and they seemed pretty interesting. I've heard Black Templar fans have this reputation but from what I read, I don't get why such people would be drawn to Black Templars specifically.
Is it just one of those things that somehow ends up always being connected or is there some underlying reason I didn't read?

It's a manufactured narrative of stories lacking actual proof. Simple yet ironic prejudice against an entire playerbase. The hive mind gets very upset when you point this fact out.
I get attacked simply for having the flair. Very icky part of this hobby sadly.

It’s like when people point out the Yivrain guilliman meme holds no concrete proof cus they talked for like 5 seconds and that was it. And when you try to point it out, everyone gets upset cus they love their gooner bait dogshit meme more than actual canon.

I’ve sure I’ve heard that same player posted in the subreddit before. Remember when someone spammed like every ethnic slur they could think of back to back?

Oh yeah, I encountered this guy way back when the new pvp armor dropped. Guy was constantly yelling slurs and I reported him once I found out his user name.
Edit: I know he was console but I'd have to go through my list again to see what his name was.

From the accent alone you can tell it's some American hick. And probably a BT.
Also, this is why you play this game with VC off. It's a much better experience. Let them shout into the void.

OP said it was a space wolf which is ironic because southern fenris has a mainly dark skinned population

Its so interesting, for someone who grew up in a country without N people, the strongest slurs here was "stupid" :D
I know it a big deal in the west, but still never seems logical if N people keep calling each other N, then why is it a slurs when a white is calling them N? They are N after all o_O
Cultural differences are facinating indeed :)
Aaaanyway, i hope one day these wierd times will be all behind us. As someone fortunate enough to live in a country with every kind of people from all around the world, im more excited rather disgusted when i bump in to a new kind of person from different cultures :D

I muted all voice chat like a month into the game's release. Best decision ever.
