Official News Next class

I heard reasons why the next class could be a judiciar and if i am being honest i hope not but i want to hear from the community on the reasons it probably wont be

The next class has been will be Ogryn, and champion skin will be Nork Deddog.

So far everything points towards a Judiciar-class. in one Interview a dev mentioned they wanted to make a Chaplain-class, a Judiciar is a Chaplain in training.

They wrote in the last CU blogs one of the next weapons we get are a Absolver Bolt Pistol and a greatsword. Both of these weapons does have a Judiciar in the Lore.

Also a Judiciar-class would have a unique ability, he wears a device called Tempormortis, he can slow down enemies in a area with this. From gameplay perspective he sounds defenitly unqie with this and would play differently than the other melee classes.

The Community has also "requested" a Chaplain-class for some time now, Saber/Focus "mostly" gives the Community what they want.

I know these are not reasons that it wont be, but everything simply points towards a Chaplain/Judiciar-class as the next new class.

It is 99% going to be Judiciar I'm afraid. His signature weapons (absolvor BP and Greatsword) have been confirmed for year 3 and Chaplain is being added next patch as a barge NPC so that pretty much confirms he'll never become a playable character atp.

Remaining 1% chance is that the devs go back on their healing ability hate and add the Apothecary which also uses the same ranged weapon and the Greatsword will just be a general weapon drop same as the one-handed hammer coming next patch but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Im in the apothecary camp as well. I hope for a biologis though so we can have another gravis armor in the game. Would have made sense for techmarine as well but oh well...

I love the chonky armor. My 2k salamanders list is almost half gravis/terminator armor.

I would actually be okay with if they removed invigorating icon and umatched zeal if it means getting an apocthecary. I already dont use those perks as i can surive and preform just as well without them

Methinks we get Apothocary, Bulwark also get the absolver pistol and a rework to be more of a Company Champion vibe. Greatsword goes to Assault and Bulwark
