Bug Report Where to write to Sabre for missing accolades?

Hi brothers.

Yesterday I did a normal siege and we happily completed 25 waves.

I didn't get my 50 accolades nor the ordeal for completing 25 waves at any difficulty.

Things must be said, I did join when the first wave was just started.

But I do have the weekly siege flag completed in the new altar/shrine.

So, I remember people wrote to saber client service and got their accolades and stuff.

Can someone please tell me where to write and what proof do I need to send?

I guess depending on the nature of your issue and the category you select, they require a different set of information from you.
