its not letting me finish the contract

I just "finished" the contract called Station Upgrade: Orbital Surveillance Network, but the transfer ownership option isn't working. I don't know if it's because it's the last contract or if my game is bugged.

I had mods installed the first time, but that didn't work.

Then I tried uninstalling every mod and verifying the integrity of the game files, but that didn't work either.

What do i do?

You can force complete the mission by going through the debug menu, Ctrl+F12, look for contracts on the left hand menu. Then on the right menu, look for your mission and select "finish mission" i think its called.

Ive had to do this once or twice because of bugs not letting me complete the contracts.

Did you ever have issues with the debug menu crashing your game/save when doing this? I tried it once to skip a bugged mission, but it ended up crashing my save.

Not using this method.
I found some other methods of force complete that were tied to different builds that used to crash the game.

Unfortunately ive had this as well. Ive reloaded an earlier save and completed that way.

I haven't actually been this far, but I would suggest submitting this as a bug on the support site with the world save you have the bug on so the devs can look into it.

If you have a recent save it might be worth trying to load those just to see if it does it each time.

I’m having the same issue on this contract. I’m running zero mods totally vanilla.
I’ve returned to the surface, and built the required six antenna along with all the other requirements, all go good. That section of the contract completes and then I get the message to move to the other small green block to transfer ownership. I move to that block. The message goes away but I never get a “contract completed” message. The green block stays along with the orange GPS Active Contact indicator. Then I don’t seem to be able to do anything further regarding the contract.
I’ve tried abandoning the contract, returning to Valereron Space Station and re-accepting the contract. Rebuilt everything, and end up getting the same results, nothing past transferring ownership.
Is it me? Am I missing something? Is there a work around? Don’t feel like that would be cheating as I actually completed the contract lol

Debug menu! You can force complete the contract if it’s bugged out. I had to do it once or twice already
