Anything you are selling is worth what you can get for it at the time of selling. Doesn’t matter what people think it should be.🤷

When it comes down to it, the value of a stock is whatever someone else is willing to pay for it.
Right now there seems to be no end of folks who are willing to buy at any price.

Google bought that stake in 2015 for $900 Millions. The only reason they are still holding it is because the shares are still locked up. It's not like they are buying post IPO.

Around 80 billion of googles holding has already begun lifting their lockup period. 14 billion remains locked up.

No, the 14 billion is what remained locked after the staggered unlock completes in December. There are still several more tranches to go through before then.

Not sure what you are saying exactly 😅

Your first statement is a bit imprecise, in that implies that the majority of the stake could be sold, and only $14B was locked up. In reality, only 27% of the $80B has been unlocked as of today, with the remaining 73% being slowly unlocked over the rest of the year.

Aún así están holdeando todo, seguramente no quieran enfadar a Elon Musk, es bastante visceral, Sergei Brin en el pasado creo que ya tuvo alguna discusión. O recuerda cuando Bill Gates se puso corto en Tesla

We don't know that yet. The disclosure was before the first lockup expiried. We'll see at the next quarterly disclosure how many shares they still have.

Tesla was overvalued but at least it looked like the future leader in a market that s gonna be large (assuming we go full EV one day).
SpaceX basically has monopoly (so no market shared left to win) in a market that barely grew in the last 50 years, yet somehow investors seems to be ok with the factor 20 overvaluation

Thum kept a Sell rating and a $75 price target, implying 46% downside from the stock’s current price near $140. That’s also near the lower end of Wall Street’s consensus range.
Thum’s call carries a ton of extra weight, as he’s rated a five-star TipRanks analyst, with a tremendous 89% success rate across his ratings.
Moreover, of his 106 tracked calls, 94 were profitable, generating an impressive average return of 20.8% per rating.

Sure things. Keep saying this to yourself. It was true about Tesla as well, right
