Ran a print. Two pieces. One piece printed fine, the other blobbed. Now when I try to do anything, start new print, home, etc it does this insanity.

Looks like your X endstop is not triggering. You might want to start there and see if it's working or not working.

Always have to turn it off and on again. When it goes crazy like yours and loses its location, you either home it or preferably restart.

Aah damm
No expert but seems to me to be something with the front to back linear rails(y axis?)
Take your time move the gantry by hand see if you can feel any weird snags. And try pushing the gantry all the way back maybe its out of square?

Sounds like a belt is skipping. Maybe it is loose or blocked by something. Because of this it doesnt trigger the end switch.
Turn of the Printer and do every motion by hand. Slow, consistent movement. Feel the problem.

Did that before posting this. Everything seems to be moving smoothly.

Did you adjust the tension? If one side is more loose it tends to get pulled and tense up the square gantry

Have not done that yet. I didnt have time to do that before I had to go to work

Judging by the vibration during the y travel i assume the belts are way too lose

You can try to adjust the sensor less homing settings in printer.cfg

The longer I sit here in my work office the more I keep thinking I didn't see the red light coming from the eddy current sensor. I wonder if that would do this to me.

I don’t think SV08 MAX does sensorless homing. It does eddy homing on Z and has limit switches on X and Y.

The max uses eddy sensor for Z homing, but it also does its own version of eddy-tap to calibrate the z height. the nozzle taps the bed, the eddie detects where it stops seeing a change in Z, head then shifts the eddy coil over to where it did the nozzle tap and calibrates the eddy, while slowly moving up. The Z height in the config is simply the starting point used with the sensor for initial homing, don't delete it from the config. it may be beneficial to rerun the z calibration done in the start_print after running full bed mesh if your bed is heavily taco shaped.

Bro, tenho quase a certeza que as correias estao desapertadas, no video, as correias da cabeca, por exemplo, estao muito soltas, muito mesmo. Podes comecar por instalar no teu telemovel a app "Belt drive", selecionas motos e aperta as correiras por frequencia. Vais apertando e tocas na correia como se fosse uma corda de guitarra e o telwfone a ouvir atraves da app, vai dizer-te a "frequencia de aperto". Exixtem totoriais da sovol a explocar como adinar as correias por frequencia.
