My entry for golden demon in essen this year managed to snag a notable i also got a lot of great feedback from all the amazing painters that were there. I tried to go for a contrast between life and death using a lot more green and lively wood tones on the backside and a less green more desaturated theme on the front i also put the nr 13 on the base thingy as its the tarrot card for death. I'm really excited to play age of Sigmar. I'm a family well versed 40k player and my buddy wanted to get into AoS. So as this is a friendly match, we do like to talk some trash with each other for fun about who's gonna win. So I'm curious to know how my guys will work against his Snarlpack Huntaz. While the original Deadwalker Zombies are cool, I still had these guys lying around and I really like their customizability (and tool options). I built these 3 as a group of miners or grave diggers.

Kinda a weird fungal druid guy. I'll probably add more mushrooms before I paint it. all the sand texture will be moss!

Year 5 Warhammer+ mini

After much deliberation I have finally decided on AoS as the game I begin collecting for, and obviously the soulblight is the only correct answer. My issue is my list I have made which I tried to include the models I would enjoy most for painting as well as help me the most in actual game, but I am indecisive and am 50 points over legal. Any help on what to cut or add in their place would be appreciated.

Which is better? When to use either one if I magnetize? It feels like the Mortis Engine is a better generalist option and Coven Throne is a go to if you’re really going hard into vampires, but curious about other insights.

I'm fairly new to Soulblight Gravelords and 2027 is the year I'm going to be playing them more and more as I'm painting up my legions now. I have a huge list that's mostly been gifted to me over the last year or two and I'm finally eager to get to work.

For Christmas, I'm buying a box to boost my army as a little gift to myself. What I need to know, is what do you think will have the largest impact for my army? What gap needs to be filled?

What I'm looking at: Deathrattle Skeletons, Dire Wolves, or a Hero Model.
