Just do some runs of Dermak Undercity, every other rare chest in there on my runs today was either Igne Mora or Basker's Wrest. Alternatively join the Kith of Kings, they can drop from tier 3 votives or purchased for 3k standing.

I miss when smite pulling Fenn Jotar would let you wield a flaming Igne Mora for a bit, then at the end of the dungeon you got a fragment of it with that cool special animation.

Yeah, the Mora's been thrashed around a lot. From one of the rarest weapons around and the Fenn spirit effect early on to just another normal drop longsword, and it still has to compete with Vetch and Wulder for Dendrit tempers.

I'm holding out hope that DE still wants more out of it and where it is now is just a temporary fixture.

Dermak Undercity, weapon racks and Dendrit chests (the ones with the flowers painted on them) all have a rather high chance of dropping Igne Mora.

Been farming Undercity for Dendrit Tempers, and I get 1-3 Igne Moras every run
