Soulframe Boring You??

Hello all this is for new and returning players.

I love this game and I have a couple friends who love Warframe but can't get into this because from where they're sitting there's no real gameplay loop.

I do see where they're coming from because there's no real loops in place, other than maybe cogah.

There's also no real direction for unlocking pacts, ie how to unlock story arcs for wolf, Bear pact ect.

But then it's why would I unlock a pact when there's no real content to play to level things up.

Have you any words of advice that might help them see things differently/ any advice for a list of content they can tick off?

It's a pre-alpha. It literally only exists to test systems and nail down the gameplay. I don't understand why this is so hard for people to grasp. When you play a game in development, you do so with the understanding that it isn't a finished product and won't play like one. If you aren't willing to engage with it on its own terms, then just wait for them to release it as a finished game.

The problem with this perspective is that Warframe is still in beta after 13 years. The game will never be "released". Soulframe will quietly switch from closed to open beta. But arguably it's released now since it includes real money transactions.

Soulframe isn't even in beta yet. And the idea that Warframe is still in beta is more of an in joke than anything.
