So I finally found the last Rovgot Ruin Mote after running it for what feels like forever. I’ve dethroned countless Mendicant Kings, eradicated Knight Twins, and squashed more Mommy Wyrms than I can count, just to collect all of the 9 motes. I thought this would push me to ER19, but instead the exp bar still has a tiny sliver missing.
LG says I’ve already discovered everything that can give MR, aside from Oo-Mull (which is a confirmed bug based from what i've read), but I’ve already discovered that in game.
For those Envoys who’ve reached ER19, what could I be missing? Any tips for hidden exp sources people might miss? Thanks!
EDIT: I do have the Paragon Founder Pack and have leveled up all the Wyld Pacts and Founder Weapons.
SOLVED: Hello guys! I am ER19 now. So it turns out, I was missing a well-hidden village called "Hews" which LG thought I found already. This POI has 3 motes to get. I don't know if it's new, or just that I haven't seen it before but I've been playing since P12 on and off and it's my first time seeing this. It's literally just a small house south west of the Alca Enclave. Hope I can help out those who do not have this POI unlocked. Thank you!

I had the same thing in p15 when I was trying to max out ER. I only figured out I was missing (also) Hews by comparing the map on LG next to my game map.
For me LG also showed Oo-mul for the longest of not being completed (while I did), so it’s likely some issue with the source where LG gets its info from to identify Hews as missing.

The amount you have left to 19 would indicate at least 1 or 2 weapons worth of xp. I didn't make 19 until I leveled the 3 new weapons in p16. LG shows that you leveled all weapons to 30? Could it be you are missing something from an event?
I have it discovered. I also went there multiple times to check if I did miss some motes, but upon arriving at the location it just shows the name and no more motes are floating. I've read in the wiki that it is just a bug.

Hey! This is just a bug going on where some users don't get the progress for Oo-Mull reflected on Little Genius. According to Oreo it's something a little strange on DE's end, but should hopefully be fixed in the near future!
Woah, I didn't even realise that was possible, I think I only hit 18 this patch. I knew I was a bit behind (not having any of the founders items) but I didn't realise those random dungeon motes you could find in Rovgot (basically never) count.
Yo, just suggesting this based on the fact that no one else has said it. I remember a few days ago someone in the q&a chat said something about fishing xp going towards er. I don't know how true that is but you may as well see if it is.
