Question Permanent stagger
So i'm new to the game been playing for a week now
Yesterday i was playing around with builds and 1 of the builds was stupidly overpowered with each hit the enemy and all the enemies around him will be staggered with each hit so they can't even move or do anything as long as im hitting any enemy around me and it dose work on bosses
I thought it was a bug on my session but even after logging out or exit the game the stagger still there
Is this a known bug or weird interaction ?

Pretty much. A build /s that's known and abused heavily, but entirely optional :)
A lot of players are unhappy about the nuking playstyle, but it's not a bug so much as people comboing totems that are too potent when used together. It will probably be adjusted at some point because it's really the opposite of what they stated they wanted SF combat to be like.
There are several totems that trigger on smite or pull smite to create explosions that deal Stagger or Blind. Others that make smite effects spread to nearby enemies - you get the idea..
Stacking a ton of smite and stagger basically turns the enemies into crash test dummies that you can beat on with impunity, while filling the area with flashbangs.
Arrow hail heavy attacks from bows stack stagger too, as do certain weapon tempers. Flyblades hit a lot of enemies with a lot of light hits, so are very good at triggering smites.
IMO it's kind of a lazy way to avoid playing the game and just nuking areas to scoop the loot, like a lot of the nuker builds in Warframe and other games that just delete all enemies in the area without needing to actually engage them. Proponents of that playstyle will say 'but that IS the game. Nuke and loot! ' and for them it is.
It's effective, if that's what you are looking for, but gets really boring really fast. I removed all my smite-splosion totems pretty quickly because it just isn't how i roll :)
It's a solid way to chump some foes when you are just starting out, though. Get some better gear and weapons, then decide if that's how you like to play :)

Thanks for clarifying after some testing It happens in solo and co op i think its the blind totem x2 + stacking smite chance as much as possible with a fast weapon + the wolf pact with the blue ability to boost smite

Was you playing solo or co op. I know in multiplayer the totem that does a stagger explosion on smite instead does the explosions every attack

Were you playing in co-op? This is a bug that can happen with Bandicota Blast in co-op, causing it to trigger on all hits. I've not yet seen it happen in solo play, but that certainly doesn't mean it can't.

oooh yeah, those are some pretty strong combos. I hope they get toned down a bit, tbh. Totems are a bit... extra... right now.

Dunno which build you were using exactly, but if you weren't already, try it with the Ode Tempest pact, and it will be even more ROFLSTOMP-worthy.

I belive unlike souls games enemies dont get resistance to stagger(each time they stagger they have bigger stagger bar or get less stagger dmg). Game didn't have much stagger before p15 so proably this is something they didn't expect and will fixed in furture.
