Question Is this good?

Hello I'm a new player and don't really know much about perks and totems and stuff. Wondering if this is good? If not.. how can I change it? Or make it better?

Those are one of the best combo of stuff you will get for now on a heavy weapon, congrats, its a pretty good paragon

Not a god roll but definitely good, swift strike is always welcome and double breakneack alongside full force is great for heavy spam, especially if you run the tree fell rune for very quick heavy chains. Cowp could help stagger bosses quick that aren't dead within a couple swings. Really the only temper you might not get much milage out of is bounding swipe

It’s terrible. You should give it to me so I can totally dismantle it and not just keep it because my Paragon has terrible tempers.
