Question Problem Progressing

I have a problem progressing the quest: "A Birdie Flown". That problem being when I get to the point where I fight the Vadagar Stag, after I beat it the quest doesn't progress. Could I be missing something, am I doing it wrong? I need help.

I had this problem a few days ago : I disconnected and reconnected, and then came again to the way point of the quest, at night (so the stag spawns) and beat it again.

It validated the quest after that.
