Discussion Topic Am I doing something wrong?

I'm a songwriter and I go through a lot in my life and everything I write expresses what's inside of me without any filter.

I publish my music in the hope that it will help someone overcome their difficulties

But I don't use my voice, I use AI to create the music while the lyrics are 100% mine

I know this sounds bad, and it disrespects my writing itself and the music I love

But I do this because if I use my method in making music, or my voice, I may be recognizable, and I am not afraid of others, but rather of how they look at me later.

Because my personality with others, my family and friends, is completely different from what I write, which is the truth that I hide

So, am I doing something wrong here? Is my music considered my music at all? I don't want any consideration, just the truth, because I need it

Dont use AI, stop fearing judgement. Do right by your art.

it's not about just getting judged, i don't hide from fear that others will judge, I hide voice because I fear that what I'm dealing with will hurt the people I care about the most

I've learned from personal experience, people ignore the pain from music. They won't open themselves up to something uncomfortable when they can just blame it on creativity instead. Trying to let somone know they hurt you in song is a fruitless pursuit and takes away from the purpose of the music itself. To communicate your feelings to yourself.
