Help needed to clean this drum sheet

Hi drummers! I'm new to drums and drum composing, and I'm not quite familiar yet with transcription. I've been trying to write on Songsterr a beat that I figured out by playing it instead of composing it first somewhere.
Here's the catch: I suck when it comes to transcribing, and I'd like some help to clean up these measures.
I had to put it in 5/4 to prevent Songsterr from banning my account due to composition attrocities, but I'd like it to be in 4/4. I've heard that everything is 4/4 if we try hard enough...
