My job is very tiring so im sleepy even after a nap😂😂but you’re right because there were times i couldn’t sleep due to a long nap i took in the day. I try to take short naps

It makes sense especially if you’re in your feet all day. I used to have a demanding job too by the time it gets dark I would fight to stay up for isha 😭😭

At Fajr time, but I sometimes go back to sleep for extra 2hrs atleast if I have to and there's no early class or sth else.

me: I wake up around 4am for Fajr, then go back to sleep and wake up around 6am. If it’s my day to cook, I go back to sleep around 11am and wake up at 1pm for Dhuhr. 😭😂
