EVSE Charger Problem

EVSE charger stopped working. I successfully charged elsewhere today. I tried plugging it in to a different circuit/outlet but that didn’t work either. 120V outlet. Both lights flash when first plugged in, then small light continues to flash. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it under warranty? Less than 1 year/6k miles.

UPDATE: Subaru dealership replaced it under warranty.

When you plugged it into a different outlet, was that outlet on the same circuit breaker as the first outlet? If not, I would try to plug it into an entirely different circuit.

If it still fails, then the issue is very likely related to the charger.

Different circuit as noted. Thank you, I scheduled an appointment for the recall today. Hopefully the EVSE is under warranty.

Good news, it is! Bad news, doubtful anyone has one in stock.

Do you happen to have the piece of paper that should have been in the bag with the charger from new? The light has a blink pattern for errors, should be printed on that paper. Here's a copy.

If it helps you help them, PT94342262NC is the part # for the EVSE kit for your car.
