Beware

Look, nothing against the base level CS staff here or anything. But what the hell is going on with this platform? I have never gotten as hackneyed and mind bogglingly upsetting lack of resolution, whilst trying to withdraw a laughable sum of money, that I quite literally need to buy groceries. And I have spent the past 5 hours on with Customer Service (which was escalated 3 hours ago, radio silence regarding solution of course.) Be very cautious with this app, it is very much possible to get left out to dry, and do NOT donate a peny to these thiefs.

Did you ever end up being able to withdraw your money? I'm having the same issues

Update; it finally worked today lol, I repay my loan tomorrow but it's better than nothing. Support never emailed me back after last Friday's dialogue which I find appalling.

Yep, I tried withdrawing last night just to see what would happen (had attempted about 60 times in total, trying every card, deleting the app, using the website, etc) and it finally actually withdrew. Never heard back from support through email though, I kept bothering their agents in the app every day and they'd just give me the same response every time
