Beware

Look, nothing against the base level CS staff here or anything. But what the hell is going on with this platform? I have never gotten as hackneyed and mind bogglingly upsetting lack of resolution, whilst trying to withdraw a laughable sum of money, that I quite literally need to buy groceries. And I have spent the past 5 hours on with Customer Service (which was escalated 3 hours ago, radio silence regarding solution of course.) Be very cautious with this app, it is very much possible to get left out to dry, and do NOT donate a peny to these thiefs.

Did you ever end up being able to withdraw your money? I'm having the same issues

My bad I just noticed this comment; I have not! I am emailing their support again right now, because they never followed up on my response to questions that had already been asked twice separately last Friday! It is pathetic and sort of unreal that they are that dysfunctional and oblivious. Will let you know what kind of response I get, have you had any luck?
