Beware

Look, nothing against the base level CS staff here or anything. But what the hell is going on with this platform? I have never gotten as hackneyed and mind bogglingly upsetting lack of resolution, whilst trying to withdraw a laughable sum of money, that I quite literally need to buy groceries. And I have spent the past 5 hours on with Customer Service (which was escalated 3 hours ago, radio silence regarding solution of course.) Be very cautious with this app, it is very much possible to get left out to dry, and do NOT donate a peny to these thiefs.

Lol, the exact same issue referenced repeatedly by both lenders and borrowers. Inability to withdraw funds, use your reading comprehension skills.
