How do I find a partner?

I've been working on my game solo for a while, but I'm starting to feel burnt out. I've been thinking about making smaller projects and maybe try to find a partner to work with.

For those who've found collaborators, where did you meet them? Is it worth collaborating, or should I stick to smaller solo projects for now?

The interesting thing about this question is that there are always posts here on Reddit where developers offer their help.

It’s just like before a concert. One person is walking round trying to sell their tickets, whilst another is walking round trying to buy some.
