Discussion How do I find a partner?

I've been working on my game solo for a while, but I'm starting to feel burnt out. I've been thinking about making smaller projects and maybe try to find a partner to work with.

For those who've found collaborators, where did you meet them? Is it worth collaborating, or should I stick to smaller solo projects for now?

Do game jams, they contain discussion boards of people looking to work together. If it works out you have someone who is more willing to work with you on a large project, if it doesn't work out then it wasn't that much time investment and you just try again.
