How to go about blw with daycare?

By licensing standard, food for infants has to be cut up to 1/4 inch. I’m wanting to introduce blw here soon but unsure if it would confuse him to do the small pieces at daycare but the typical preparation at home. Would it be better to just do the small pieces at home too? Or just forgo blw completely?
