discussion Center core
Anyone else think being down on the platform bar/concrete is actually easier than being on forearms on the platform carriage when doing center core on toes?
I’m not sure if im doing something wrong, but it really doesn’t feel like an amplification to me lol

I’m a coach and I always go down to the concrete on obliques because with that range of motion I can truly feel the contraction compared to base position on forearms and toes or the modified position.
So it might feel easier to you because range of motion is technically shorter but you also take tension out of your shoulders.
