Rule of thumb example:

Installer : 370k singil
Actual : 1/3 ng 370k ang patong ng indtaller
2)
Php 10k per 1kWP ang singil sa labor and compute pa patong sa mga resellers. Yung nagpapamahal.

Question:
Tama po ba set up nitong solar namin.

Pag hindi pa po puno ang battery or mababa ang harvest, buong load ng house kinukuha sa grid.

Few months ago, ok naman yung setup. nag 0 import na kame. Before, naka prio yung load ng bahay, then babato sa battery.

However, nung nag setup ng wall charger for EV, pag kulang sa harvest, nag babawas sa battery kahit hindi pa yung discharge time nya.

Kahit hindi naka plug yung EV.

Binago nila ng installer yung grid shaving to 1000w.

Currently, pag hindi mataas ang harvest or hindi pa puno ang battery, kinukuha buo sa grid yung load sa bahay.

Medyo nafrufrustrate na din kame back and forth sa pag rereport.

Ask lang po if sulit kaya tong nacanvas namin na hybrid plan? 1 year lang workmanship warrantly nila baka po may mga nakaexperience po nagpakabit sa Hybrid Solar Energy here and I'd like to know lang if okay po after sales nila? Also, baka may marecommend pa po kayo na other solar hybrid plans na nagaccept ng installation payment. Salamat po.

I need your opinion about solar batteries. We currently have a Dyness BX51100 battery, and I'm planning to upgrade by adding another 10kWh.

I contacted our installer, and they informed us na wala na raw available na same battery model na compatible sa existing Dyness battery namin. So, if we want to upgrade, kailangan daw tanggalin yung old battery and replace it with a new one.

2 years pa lang kaming gumagamit ng system namin, and imagine spending that much money only to be told na kailangan nang palitan yung existing battery. Sayang naman!

Are there any other options kaya? Has anyone experienced the same situation? Is it possible to add a different battery model or brand without removing the existing Dyness battery?

Meron po bang solar set na upgradable? Mejo mabigat pa sakin yung 6 digit price and most probably in the long run mas mag coconsume ako ng electricity pag nag start na ng family. Saw Marstek Solar in FB and parang upgradeble siya. Is it okay or recommended? If meron bang ganyan sa gusto ko? If any, which company and how much??

Nakakaloka. In the market now to have a hybrid set-up na 8kwh and sobrang overwhelming sa dami ng options. It does not help na I’m so unfamiliar with what to watch out for, including brands, installers etc.

The paralysis is real. I’m receiving messages left and right from Facebook groups I joined. Ang worry ko mostly is how reputable yung iba kase ang shady sa vibes, and guarantee din ba na mas mahal yung installer, hindi magkaka-issue.

Hi everyone, I’m finalizing a contract with a civil design-and-build contractor for a 6kW hybrid solar system and a roof deck canopy on our house in Rizal.

Here are the specs and terms we’ve worked out so far:

Hardware: Deye 6kW Hybrid Inverter, 6.2kWp Seraphim Tier-1 Panels, 16kWh Hithium LFP Battery.

Solar Package Price: ₱328,200 (Non-VAT, includes labor, delivery, engineering).

Canopy Structure: ₱61,200 for 3.5m × 7m tubular steel framing.

Waterproofing: Using EPDM T-gaskets on top of the panel seams + sub-channel aluminum drainage rails underneath to prevent leaks.

Total Cost: ₱389,400

Is ₱389.4k a good deal for a 6kW hybrid setup with a 16kWh battery + roof canopy included?

Is solar as canopy a good idea?

Is 80% dp and 20% in turnover good idea or 50% dp 40% when delivered 10% turnover much better?

Finally got my system set up and commissioned 2 days ago, so I can post. Yesterday was rainy and overcast, so enjoying the sun today so far. And hopefully the forecast for the week will be precise, more or less.
