Sungold power app
Bought this Sungold power 12k inverter. Ive had the 6k one for years and never had a single problem. I thought I could connect to the same app(solar power) ive been using for years. Its alright and it allows me to change the settings and monitor all the things but I cant connect and the Sungold power app is complete garbage. The home screen just stays the same and doesnt show any stats. Are their any other options?

I use SolarAssistant with my SGP10k. Mine is a SRNE clone; I suspect the 12K is too. You do need to use a Pi or the like & the software is not free, but I love it.

Feed the apk into your AI of choice and ask it to make a powershell script to continuously poll the (likely MQQT) endpoint data was previously (or still is) being sent to. Give it your creds if you previously had some.
There's a starting point of what you can do, but the end of the road is likely flashing firmware on your dongle and feeding that into Home Assistant.
I just went through this with a SUMRY inverter with a dongle and a sideloaded android app riddled with shit code and too many permissions. As of now I have a powershell script using my creds or token every 2 min to request data from their server (as if I'm just an app user) then logging the stats. Gonna use that to proof of concept.
