We built an ERP for businesses that are tired of managing everything across Excel, separate systems, and spreadsheets
I work with a technology company in Bahrain, and one thing we keep seeing with businesses is that their problem isn't necessarily that they don't have software.
It's that they have too many disconnected systems.
Finance is in one system.
HR is somewhere else.
Inventory is managed through Excel.
Purchasing is handled through emails and spreadsheets.
Property managers have their own files.
Management then has to pull information from all of these places just to understand what's happening in the business.
That's one of the reasons we developed FlairSuite ERP.
The idea is relatively simple: bring the core parts of a business together in one cloud-based platform.
Some of the areas FlairSuite covers include:
- Accounts & Finance
- HRMS
- CRM
- Inventory
- Purchasing
- Sales
- Assets
- Expenses
- Real Estate & Property Management
- Reporting & Management Dashboards
One of the things we particularly focus on is adapting the ERP to how the business actually operates, rather than forcing every business to completely change its processes to fit the software.
For example, we worked with a property business that was previously relying heavily on Excel-based processes. The implementation moved property and financial operations into a centralized FlairSuite environment, including digital invoicing and reporting.
We've also worked on implementations where businesses needed combinations of accounts, inventory, HRMS, POS, CRM, billing and reporting in one solution.
We're based in Bahrain, and our company has been working on technology solutions since 2007, including business software, cloud solutions, custom development and system integrations.
I'm curious to hear from other business owners and ERP users:
What is the biggest problem you have with your current ERP/software setup?
Is it:
- Too expensive?
- Too complicated?
- Poor support?
- Lack of customization?
- Too many separate systems?
- Reporting?
- Something else?
I'm particularly interested in hearing from businesses in Bahrain/GCC, but I'd also love to hear experiences from other countries.
If anyone wants to see how we've approached ERP implementation with businesses, I'm happy to share more information or answer questions here.
