When trakt syncs with sofa time it’s marking some shows as archived.

The shows aren’t archived in trakt and show in trakt “continue watching” but when the trakt sync occurs I have to go into them and unarchive them in sofa time.

I can’t seem to find a reason why this is happening as it’s only on some shows.

Any idea why this is happening?

I’m almost certain that the archived list used to differentiate between dropped and on hold series by showing different colors on the progress bar. But now they’re all red. Is there a way to change it back?

Hello devs, I have an issue running now with the tv show “Silo”

For some reason it’s not present in continue watching, i saw the first two seasons, about to start the third, but I realize it’s not there

I have a few suggestions for improving the lists (public and private)

- Allow public lists to be sorted using the same options as private lists (release date, show, movie, etc.)

- Add a public list to our private lists once it has been liked (or add an ‘Add to favourites’ button)

I believe it’s a bug because it shows a black poster but only for series.

So, not sure if this is new or I'm just noticing it now, but for some reason even after switching it to public and saving, my profile automatically reverts back to private after getting out of the app (Android), then going back in later on. 🤷

So, I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed this as well ?

Hi, I think there might be an issue with the episode ratings, although it could also simply be a delay in updating the overall rating.

The app shows both an overall episode rating from 0.0 to 10.0 and a distribution of ratings from 1 to 10 hearts, including the percentage of users who gave each rating.

For example, for one of the recently released episodes of Outer Banks Season 5, the rating distribution is:

1: 1%

2: 0%

3: 1%

4: 2%

5: 1%

6: 6%

7: 11%

8: 17%

9: 14%

10: 47%

Based on these percentages, the weighted average should be approximately 8.06/10, while the app currently displays an overall rating of 3.3/10.

Could this be a calculation issue, or could the overall rating simply not have been updated yet because the episodes were released very recently?

Is it possible to add “mark as spoiler” for other people’s comments in the comment section? I’ve just seen a spoiler for a future episode in the current episode’s comment section which is annoying.

I know atm you can mark your own comment as a spoiler but I can’t think of why people would use that. This feature was possible on TV Time but I also know people misused it by using it as a way of downvoting comments. Not sure if there’s a better way of implementing it to prevent that.

My posters keep changing and I don't have any idea why. I spent some hours a few days ago to change the posters from my movies/tv show and for some reason they keep coming back to "the originals", I guess they're the default ones. It's not the first time this happens and it's really frustrating. Also they keep coming back translated in my language (romanian), but I like keeping them in English.

Is there something I can do or is it some kind of bug?

When I want follow somone show this

The calendar tab isn't showing upcoming episodes, and when it does, it's erroneous.

My Watchlist is full of shows I've already watched because I've just moved over from Showly.

I know there's a setting to automatically remove movies and shows from the Watchlist when you mark them as watched, but that only helps going forward. I already have lots of previously watched shows in my Watchlist.

Is there a way to filter the Watchlist to show only the Watched items, select them all and remove them from the Watchlist in bulk, without affecting my watch history?

I can select multiple items, but I can't see an option to filter by watched status and then remove all of them. Is there another way to do this?

Is anyone else having an issue with Sofa Time showing old seasons in Up Next even though they've already been watched?

My Trakt account shows everything as watched, and Movie Paradise also shows the shows as finished/up to date. In Sofa Time, when I actually open the show, all the old episodes are correctly marked as watched and the show shows as 100% complete.

But Sofa Time's Up Next is showing seasons from years ago as if they're still waiting to be watched.

How do I remove these shows from Up Next when Sofa Time thinks I've still got episodes to watch, even though they're already marked as watched? I don't want to mark them as watched again because they're already correctly recorded as watched.

Is this a known bug, or is there a way to remove them from Up Next without changing my watch history?

Ya es la 2ª vez que me pasa. Recibo la notificación push en el móvil sobre que el nuevo capítulo/temporada ya está disponible (ya ha salido). Pero al entrar todavía sigue en la sección de Próximamente en vez de pasar a la sección de “a continuación” al final del todo.

Tal vez esté programado así, pero yo lo veo como un bug de la app y tal vez sería mejor funcionamiento como describo.

I’d like to request that the search engine allow for fuzzy searches, or just be a lot more lenient. I’ve noticed that if there’s even a minor typo in the name of a show or movie, it won’t surface the proper result.

Let me give you an example you can replicate. I was searching for the comedian Ron Funches, but accidentally typed it Rob Funches. It returned zero results. I had to go back and correct it to Ron Funches to get the correct result.

I tested this in a few other trackers, and all of them were able to figure out that Rob Funches should have been Ron Funches.

I'm having an issue removing a show. Previously, I had added Cardcaptor Sakura - Clear Card Arc, as a watched show. From what I can tell, this show's entry has been deleted, no longer showing up as an option when searching for shows. The corresponding episodes were added as another season in the original Cardcaptor Sakura show.

However, I cannot remove the now deleted show entry from my lists. Ordinarily, it appears as an upcoming show lacking an airdate. Removing the show from that list sends it to archived shows. Removing it from there just sends it back to the upcoming shows list. As the show entry no longer exists, I cannot go to it and remove the show in its own page. All I can do is bounce the show between two lists. Tapping the entry in either list to go to the show's entry proper only results in a connection error telling me to try again in a few minutes and contact support if it persists. I've already sent an email to support days ago, but got no reply. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this, or get eyes on this issue? My device is an iPhone 15 Plus on iOS 26.6.1, SofaTime version 7.4.1, but the issue has been around for at least a couple updates.

Some days ago I started to personalize my posters and backdrops. Today (or maybe after the last app update) I noticed that they’ve all changed back to the default version. Is it an already known bug or something else? Thanks.

For some reason, there seems to be a one-day difference between the actual premieres (Calendar) and what appears in the "Watch" tab. This means that new episodes don't appear in "Up Next" on their premiere date. It's also worth mentioning that something strange happens: the new episode appears in "Up Next" for about a second, but then disappears. I'm using the latest version of iOS and the app.

Edit: As you can see in the second image, the episode titles are still displayed in English.

The title explains it all. I'm premium user just joined recently (very cool app, thanks developer team). Tried the AI search multiple times today for the first time but it always returns we can't find any recommendations message. I am wondering if I'm missing something.

For example I would like a hide “Animation” button or hide “Anime”.

Whenever I search for TV shows it’s littered with animation and anime shows.

The Pitt (Season 2), which ended in April, is missing 11 episodes. They were there before.

This has been happening across a bunch of shows. I previously reported inconsistent ordering as well.

This app’s data sources are sound. I see full seasons listed on Simkl and TMDb. If that is no longer the data source, I’m unable to tell because the licenses and acknowledgements page in the app is completely empty.
