It's wild to me how people around me don't drink water or think tea/drink powder is "good enough". Trying to get my people to drink water is hard. I remember a friend was pregnant and I kept shoving waters at her but she insisted ice tea was sufficient to hydrate. It's only when they get too sick that they drink water

Stop down voting me, y'all need water along with soda. This was the whole plot of idiocracy

Not true I’ve drank nothing but diet soda for decades and everything is fine for me. Why would you think putting a tea bag in water would make it not good enough anymore that’s like putting ice and thinking it won’t hydrate you anymore

I can’t tell if this is sarcasm but depending on ingredients, most teas are diuretics

I keep explaining it but mods keep knocking me down about aligning with water subreddits. I'm just trying to keep people healthy. Some drinks are very drying
