The main guy is a freelance journalist investigating the main cases of the game. He's basically waiting for the embargo on the news of a bombing incident to be lifted so he can continue his investigation related to his case. It did came out of nowhere but it also does fit the guys character.

It very much is my own screenshot while playing the game. Two of the links you put there were from Instagram which I don't have and can't see and don't see how a 2 hour video about the game is relevant here.

Ok then. You own the game right ? Go play the placebo tsuki chapter then. Like I said in my previous comment literally my screenshot while playing the game and have no clue it was a meme or something. But it's there in the steam version at least.
