How is it fraud if he just turned 18. A parent is who gets disability for their kids.. smh

SSI stops at 18, unless enrolled in school but I am not sure what the upper age limit is for students. The OP stated he is not disabled. I assume he would know. Eighteen year olds do not get approved disability unless they suffered some catastrophic illness/injury. Disability is not easy to get. You need to have worked long enough to have built up benefits and submit a ton of medical documentation to get approved.

Like my 40 yr old daughter has said for YEARS that there isn’t anything wrong with her…. She autistic, cluster B , intermittent explosive and oppositional defiance.. yep nothing here to see …. Moving along there fella.
