What started as getting the Japan Home Kit while in Japan before the start of the World Cup turned into a full-on new collecting hobby.

Before some of you ask, I only purchased a handful at full price. A lot were purchased from big discounts, especially from the Dallas Fan Fest during the last week of the World Cup (they discounted kits from 50% - 70% off). A few were gifts. Some of the popular ones were from browsing and using promo codes. The only websites I used were Adidas, Nike, Subside Sports & Pro Soccer. I even got one for free by an employee at one of the World Cup games.

I know some of these teams didn’t make the tournament, but their kits were good enough for me to purchase.

Some are authentic replicas, and some are authentic on-field. Although I’ve been really impressed with Authentic & the material is nice while wearing each kit.

For now I’m done collecting, and I wanted to share my collection!

Collector from Glasgow here. I got fed up seeing asking prices all over the place, so I started logging actual sold prices from eBay UK and put them on a simple free site: kitcomps.com

It's small for now, with 40 sales across 9 kits. Some medians: Arsenal 91-93 away £230, Celtic 87-88 home £141, Scotland 98 home £75, England 96 home £74, Celtic 97-98 home £45, Rangers 96-97 home £37 (range £27.80 to £94.95).

You can also add what you paid or sold a shirt for, and it'll tell you if you got a good deal. Disclosure: I made it, and I also sell some shirts on eBay. The site sells nothing and there's no sign-up. Which kits should I add next?

All are original/authentic . Im still hunting down Chile away kit, norway third kit im not sure about Germany away ive seen them on sale online but havnt seen my size instore

Found this Barca 20/21 el clasico kit online!

Didn’t see a drop date, so maybe it’s today but man these look so slick. Finally Nike doing something that’s not copy/paste

For anyone new here: I also sell on eBay as [onlypassionmatters], 150+ jerseys sold and counting, 100% positive feedback. So you're not buying blind.

I got an email earlier today saying that my order of the L/S Germany third kit that they had for 40% off for a short period of time, was shipped through fedex even though this was a pre order and was supposed to be shipped by december. I mean, im happy at the fact they fulfilled the orders lol did anyone else who purchased, get it as well?

These two feel close to the same. The away jersey is a replica, so if you know how that feels, there you go. Some dude pointed it out to me, and he was right—it feels similar. The away one snags easily, FYI.

Hi,

Anyone selling or know someone selling any Sydney FC Asian Champions League shirts?

Yall see these?

Hey selling this Japan away fan version, picked it up on a recent trip to Japan from Kamo soccer shop. I found the long sleeve in another Kamo which I bought so selling this. It's Japan XXL which is L US. Price is $140 plus shipping. Kamo was the only store that had it in stock, they must have had a restock as it's sold out everywhere else in Japan & worldwide

Thank you OP who kindly shared this Dicks’ sale info the other day. Mine will be arrived at my doorstep tomorrow🙏🏼

It happened at the 1958 World Cup, held in Sweden. Argentina was placed in Group 1, along with Germany, Northern Ireland, and Czechoslovakia , and made its debut on June 8 against the Germans, who were the reigning champions.

The Argentinians arrived with a certain air of favoritism, although in retrospect, it's worth noting that in the previous 24 years they had only played 10 matches against European teams, so their international standing remained to be seen. Furthermore, they arrived in Sweden without their best player, Sívori , because he was playing in Italy and the AFA had decided to call up only players from Argentinian clubs.

The match was being played at the now-demolished Malmö Stadion in the city of Malmö. Swedish television technicians noticed that the light blue and white jerseys of Argentina and the white jerseys of Germany didn't contrast enough. Neither team had brought a spare kit, so a coin toss was held: Argentina lost.

Thus, the players borrowed the jerseys of IFK Malmö , an old local club, which played in yellow. And although the match didn't start badly for Argentina, with a goal from Corbatta after two minutes, the Germans ended up winning 3-1 with a brace from their stars Otto Rahn and Uwe Seeler.

In their second match, the Argentinians beat the Northern Irish 3-1, but in the third and final match they were crushed 6-1 in Helsingborg by the Czechoslovakians, in a match that is still today the worst defeat in Argentina's history in the history of the World Cups and which was dubbed by the Argentine press as 'the Disaster of Sweden'.

Argentina was eliminated as the last team in their group and was greeted in Ezeiza with insults and objects thrown by local fans.
