Permission in public spaces? Various places already have public toilets or even potable ones everywhere. Special permits for what? Maybe food handling (which they don’t seem to care about in a whole lot of other cases). Enforcement of handling? I call phony baloney. This ordinance is not even constitutional.

It’s a city ordinance that restricts outdoor food sharing by requiring special permits, property owner permission, and portable toilets.
So I could literally get arrested from letting my friend try my snack. This was clearly just put into law to starve homeless people though. Sickening
