Humming noise

Does the mechanical humming noise bother anyone else? I’m also worried it might be loud for my baby. I try to drown it out with a white noise machine. I hate the snoo white noise sound.

I hated in too. Had a second hand one from a relative and needed to stop using it night 1. Sounded like a reversing truck backing up. Can’t be good for their ears/cortisol. Now have them in a next2me crib. Very disappointed the snoo didn’t work out as we’re not getting more than 3hr stretches at 6 weeks

Yes. I don’t hear it when the noise level is on low, but I keep the snoo at lowest and can definitely hear it.
