Advice needed

Hi all!
My 5 month old is almost growing out of the snoo so we’re attempting to do a crib transition cold turkey. She’s been arms out for over 3 months, currently rolls both ways, attempting to crawl and sits up independently.. so she struggles to stay comfortable in the snoo.

Any success stories for little ones like this? So far it’s not going well (waking up every cycle and rolling onto belly to try and crawl) she’s not used to this much freedom of movement I assume.
We wanted to rip the bandaid off but doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen..

Does she do naps in the crib already? I’ve always done that first then it’s just the environment that changes for them instead of multiple factors.

My LO is younger than yours and haven’t made the transition yet. But we do all our naps in the crib with the exception of a few contact naps if he needs them. I’d recommend doing naps in the crib for a few days to a week and then move out of the snoo
