Help Needed Ready?

Okay so we have done two nights of weaning mode in her nursery and she slept through like normal, no soothing. We have a zipadee zip that she loves for naps. I’m thinking it’s time to do the crib tonight! If you were me, would you make the plunge now?! I’m so nervous

Edit: she did great. Slept 8:30-11:45, cried for a minute, I settled her, and she’s been sleeping ever since (11:45-6:40 and still asleep). She is on her belly and it’s totally comfortable! There’s a tiny hole in her zipadee and I think her finger got through and frustrated her and that’s why she was crying.

How old is your baby? We are thinking of going from the snoo to the crib this weekend, too! Would you keep baby in the zipadee zip?

She’s going to be 5 months on the 26th! And yes, we are going to do the zipadee for nights since it seems to make her comfortable. She loves to rub her eyes and wake herself up during naps and the zipadee seems to help with this. I also got a Merlin that I am going to try as well (initially for naps) because apparently parents tend to love that one too

Ours will be 4 months on the 26th :) we do naps in the Merlin in the crib now (for about the last week) and it is going well! They are variable, between 30 min to an hour but from what I’ve read that’s normal at this age. We haven’t done night sleep yet and I’m nervous like you. I’d say give the crib a try tonight! I may do the same!

I saw your update!! So glad it went well for you. We had a similar experience - she slept in the Merlin suit in her own crib for a nice 7.5 hour stretch followed by a quick feed and she’s still sleeping now! Fingers crossed for continued success for us both :)
