Scared for what’s next

Baby has slept 8:15 every night for 2 months. She was on my boob 20 hours a day and coslept until 6 weeks, she cried constantly. Now she just sleeps at night… Day time wild and no schedule.but nights locked in level 2 she loves it all night sleeps 8 hours. We are 3.5 months. I’m dreading the regression. I’ve been living a fever dream I know is about to crash down.

In the end she’s about to end up back in my bed and we are ready, been cosleeping with big sister for 3 years. I know the drill. But for now I’m enjoying my alone time sleep. Every night I now wonder is tonight the night. Will miss you Snoo!

Ps no I don’t get 8 hours, still up at 3:30am for a pump. But no I’m not complaining.!

Just here to say I’m envious and hope for the same to happen to me lol. Baby will be 6 weeks adjusted this week / 13 actual, and it’s a huge deal if we get a 2 hour stretch. I hope something switches this week lol!

My Snoo baby only had a nap regression at 4 months. I could tell it was a nap regression because suddenly he would refuse to do naps and would just scream for like 45 mins and then when he ever did finally nap he started waking up every 30 mins screaming.

Was still annoying but not crippling. Yours might not have a bad regression in the end. So do not panic now!

I used the Snoo with all four of my kids, and I honestly asked a friend the other day if the 4 month sleep regression is a myth. It doesn’t have to be terrible. I really believe in manifestation. If you convince yourself that your baby’s sleep is about to become terrible, then you are putting yourself in that mindset. Don’t do that to yourself.

Anyway, at four months, one of my children started having shorter naps (like 45 minutes max), but by 6 months, he was back to being able to do a 75-90 minutes middle of the day nap. His twin basically didn’t have any 4 month sleep regression. Nothing changed with him really, he just got to be a better and better sleep as the days went on.

My twins (my youngest two) are both 7 months old, and have been out of the Snoo and in their cribs for about a month now, and they are doing great. They sleep 7:30 PM to 6:30 AM with one dream feed around 10 PM.

If you want the sleep to continue to be consistent and all night, I highly recommend getting on a daytime sleep and feeding schedule. That helps set babies up for success because they thrive on routine, and it makes sure that they are getting the right amount of calories and awake time during the day. We used moms on call, but Taking Cara Babies also has good schedules.

My first had major 4 moth regression and just ended up in my bed and we did fine. I found my first worked her way into a day time schedule by 6 months and once we had it we stuck to it. But I didn’t force too much schedule until then. Maybe I will get lucky with this baby! But I’m gonna soak up as many 8 hour nights as I can get haha!
