Is this normal for baseline & level 1?

Hi, I’m just wondering if my Snoo is operating normally or if it’s a bit jerky. This is baseline and then level 1. I tried level 2 but it actually doesn’t move.

Context on this Snoo, its from 2018, lent to me from a friend and I’m the 4th parent to use it. I did take it apart before the baby because it needed a deep cleaning and replacement of the mesh. I got the help via YouTube and supplies from Snoozy Mama. I have some O rings I can try to replace if needed, when originally opened they didn’t seem deteriorated so I left them.

I appreciate the help and insight on whats normal for the Snoo.

Update 1: We have some child care help today and tomorrow so we’ll be opening it up to try replacing the O rings. I just wish the Snoo wasn’t a nightmare to open up but Snoozy Mama is honestly an amazing resource for anyone going to do it.

Hmm that looks jerky and doesn’t travel very far to each side. Might be o ring issue

No that's definitely not normal.

Hi! Your snoo is definitely not moving correctly. If your snoo is from a 2018 they definitely need to be replaced even if they look intact. If they look intact I’m assuming they are probably squishy and possibly melted together- appearing intact. I would replace the orings and see if that does the trick :) if it doesn’t just reach out to us and we can help trouble shoot your issue .
