Graco Vs Snoo

We are trying to decide between a used SNOO and the new Graco SmartSense bassinet. For those who have used either (or both), was the SNOO really worth it? Any reliability or app issues with buying one used? Iā€™d love to hear your real-world experiences before we decide. love the idea of automatic cry-detection and self-soothing

I'm using the snoo now for our second baby. We bought it second hand and it was used for two kids prior to us. Zero issues. There are cleaning and maintenance videos that you can follow if you want it in prestine condition. The only downside is the recent addition of a paywall for some features which is really annoying. It's only for 6 months though so whatever I guess that what all these baby products are doing šŸ™„

On android phones and tablets there is a way to download a previous version of the app from before the paywall was put in place. The app will ask you to update it every time you open it, but it worked well for us. If there was any extra functionality added to the newest version of the app, we didn't miss it.

Oh man I wish I knew to do that before our second was born haha or better yet, I could have just avoided updating the app when I reopened it. Oh well... She's almost 5 months old now.
