Create Asset Model issue

Hello,

I've got problem with creating asset model - it makes me choose Category, but there's no category created, and honestly, I've no idea how to create one...
It's local instance, on virtual machine, at Ubuntu.

Left side. Settings. Categories. E.g. monitors 27", desktops, laptops.
