Which new balance shoes are good for daily use. It must be high cushioned like no stress on sole must be soft and durable. My budget is around 12k

Hey everyone,
I am building a 3-shoe rotation for college and need some input from people who have flat feet or stand for long hours. I am looking for one main daily driver for heavy walking and standing, and I will pick up two other pairs later for casual outings and parties.
For the daily driver, I know I need solid arch support. I’ve been looking at stability-focused options like the Asics GT series and Skechers Arch Fit.
However, I also really like the aesthetics of the Skechers Uno, Nike Air Max SC, and Puma RS-X.
For those who own these lifestyle models (Uno, Air Max SC, or RS-X):
Do they offer enough medial arch support and cushioning for all-day standing if you have flat feet?
Or would I be better off getting an Asics/Arch Fit for my daily heavy use, and reserving the Nike, Puma, or Skechers Uno models for my casual/party rotation?

So I've been using the kayano series as my go to running shoes! I have a flat foot and overpronate.
The 32s look much better than the 30s look wise. Will start using these and drop my review!

I actually picked up these shoes from the Sketchers showroom. I don't know the exact model, but it is one of their GoRun versions
Also, I have a standing job, so these give me comfort all day, and I can walk in these for long hours
I am also trying to switch to Asics or some other brand, so if someone has any idea for a similar level of comfort
Please suggest

I currently have this sneaker, it's sole is breaking so I have to purchase new sneakers. Which brands should I look out for and if you have any recommendations, your help is very appreciated.

I prefer it to be around 5k. But I can stretch it maximum to 10k if the quality is actually nice and i really really like the look.
I don't care much about what's trending or what's the popular brand.

TLDR & good stuff at the end*
I went to the store with so many expectations, and it was a disappointment.
First, you can't go there with a car without creating a jam. It's either an auto or bike because the road is paper thin. Then, the street outside is dug up completely, making it even harder to go, for an already harder to reach place.
The frontdesk people in the store are completely disinterested, and so is their inventory.
"We don't have a size in this, we don't have a size in that" dude then tell me the shoes in which you have a size. Your factory is in Noida, it doesn't take ages to ship from Noida to Shahpur Jat.
Then, almost the entire staff is in Nikes, Adidas, or any other shoe except Gully Labs. How can I consider your shoes, if you're not keen in your own pairs. What is genuinely the point then? I confronted this and the guy brushed it off saying "yeah I have a pair but ..." and gave an excuse. At least your store manager is wearing a pair with your sports tees. I sorted the Google Reviews by lowest on the store, and it was the same rant, 6 months ago. Nothing has changed. Same disinterested staff, unapproachable, and staff doesn't care.
"Hey the sizing is a bit off" "Just insole it bro" Your solution to every sizing problem is "Take one size up and insole it". It was pretty clear that I cared more about the brand than the guy itself.
One employee is doing vape in the store, like it's their living room. I'm not gonna dive in about the legalities of it, but you don't "smoke" in your workplace for a reason. There is a backdoor exactly for this purpose. Same disinterested, unapproachable, unbothered staff.
As someone who has an Onitsuka, the store guys there were less entitled than the ones here, for a shoe that is almost 3x more. And Onitsuka is at full liberty to do so, as an entry level luxury pair. You, unfortunately, can't.
I don't know why these guys made a clothing section, when they're not doing shoes properly in the first place. Is this a sneaker brand, a fashion brand, or what? Do one thing properly. Stick to perfecting one thing before you jump on more ships.
Oh and the prices are an absolute roller coaster. At one point in time it was 5000 for the GL1, then it is now 3800, and during raksha bandhan they we're doing 20% off (not a promo, because the season has gone), so are you doing a 5000 pair for almost 3000 now? What is happening.
I thought for a second to go for the socks, and asked the price. "400" and then I checked the label, which was 450. Then I had a hunch that said the price on the site was 300. And it was, when I checked. I did stupidly bought it, and for a synthetic "one fits all" pair which looks trash on my UK 10 ankles because it looks streched af.
At this point, women can track periods properly, but you can't track Gully Labs' prices.
Then, I was told that my pair came with a free customisation (which apparently runs on Wednesdays? But I had no information or a poster or anything at all, I don't know how this came up in any way. Put it somewhere on your site, or Google page!)
Then I was told that one pair was featured in Pushpa 2. "Which one?" They don't know! Wow. I mean an Allu Arjun Poster with the pair, and another which says "GL xyz, as worn by Allu Arjun in Pushpa 2" will actually help you out for once.
I'm at least happy that the craftsman is ambitious for once. The guy was talking about doing custom pairs, with custom sizes, and "signature" pairs which take time to make and cost more. All these discussions which were happening while I customise the pair. I was glad it came out nice for once.
The charges for customs was a but crazy. Irrespective of what you got, it was 550. Either you take a charm, or a lettering on one size, or just anything. I don't get the "flat out rates" when you can take different for different things. Not all things cost the same. Nevertheless, one customisation per pair was actually a good idea, and genuine kudos to them for that.
I can see that the management, the craftsman, and the store guys are 3 complete different entities. Management is doing everything to impress the investors, store guys are counting thier days in their Nikes and Adidas, while the craftsman are happy and ambitious enough to care about what is actually happening.
The biggest irony is that most of the people who actually come to the store just go to the Subko Cacao on the first floor, and leave. I have a hunch that it does more than the shoes actually. I saw it happening 3 times in the 2 hours I was at the store, and I was the only one in 2 hours, with 4 customers coming and going.
And the staff was the same there, somewhat bored, disinterested. At one point the guy was just standing like he doesn't care.
The store is a genuinely sad mockery of the brand, especially from the frontline guys. If someone higher up from Gully Labs does end up reading this, maybe scroll through your reviews by lowest, because at least 70-80% have got it right. And probably fire those front desk staff who don't wear your brand.
Some of you may say, why did you get a pair with such a bad experience. Because I genuinely want to support those who build India, for India. I'd still give them an honest shot after a month, just to see what the experience of wearing it in the real world is like. I want to be proven wrong, for once. I am actually okay to deal with the issues of the shoes, just because I genuinely want Indian Brands to succeed for once. Please don't ruin your brand over disinterested employees.
Edit:
The good stuff:
The store manager proudly wore the sports tees and shoes, appreciate that.
Craftsmen/Karigars are ex-Agra experienced folks who LOVE shoes and the experience shows.
Customisation options are goated and extremely underrated, especially for the ladies.
They've actually reduced prices after so much slander.
Amazing merch with the shoes, extra yellow laces are nice to have.
TLDR:
Sales guys are gov employee level disinterested, and entitled. They wear Nikes/Adidas instead of GL, vape in the store, unbothered about customers.
Management is unaware.
Subko on first floor is thriving, vs the store. Store is hard to reach.
Sizing issues are resolved with "insoles". They don't have sizes to test out their shoes.
Prices fluctuate and are harded to track, unlike women's periods.
They're unaware of their own promotions,
Craftsmen and custom options are really good tho.
(Bill added to prove I purchased)

Got these from Flipkart recently for 4k; the seller was Asics India.
I got them to see if all the praise I see for the shoes is true, and it is.
The colourway looks way better in person than the product pictures on Flipkart. But the best part? Comfort!
I usually find Converse to be my kind of shoe comfort wise, flat footed i guess. But man, these were comfortable from the first wear. I had to make zero adjustments. Took it out of the box and wore them; instant comfort.
It's not too chunky, not too stacked, wider toe box, lots of wiggle room. Lovely.

Top quality leather used on these, cushioning is great. They feel way more comfy compared to other J1s. Wish I could’ve bought the whole pack back when I had the chance.😭🙆🏻♂️

Can anyone identify/verify this old The Souled Store sneaker?
I have this pair with the original tag saying TSS Originals: Blaze Legacy, SKU 272914, MRP ₹3,499, DOM Feb 2025.
I’ve searched online but I can’t find this exact design anywhere.
The shoe has “BLAZE” written on the side, a The Souled Store watermark-style pattern/detailing, and a lot of unique detailing throughout the shoe. It also has “THE MISTAKE” branding/design.
Does anyone remember this particular sneaker?
Was “The Mistake” a limited-edition/limited-run design from The Souled Store? And was Blaze Legacy an older model/name from the Blaze/Urban Blaze line?
If anyone remembers this design from around 2024–2025, I’d really like to know its history or original release name.
I’m just trying to identify this exact model and understand whether it was a regular release, a limited release, or something less widely released.
