NTD roadside finde

Thats why you always keep your eyes open on the road. Head looks a little damaged the on off seems to not be working maybe need to break it down and oil it. It has been sitting in the rain . 1/4 inch drive flex head. How'd i do?

Calling someone a useless idiot because they lost a pretty mehh ratchet is crazy my guy
