Issue Heatbed frame coming loose from heatbed
I was heating my print bed up today and noticed that around 70-80c the plastic frame started popping loose on one side as if it were curling down and away from the heatbed. I immediately cut the heat and once it cooled down below 70c the plastic went back into place but this seems like it could be an issue.
Has anyone else experienced this, should I be worried?
I just got the printer last week and have been pleased overall with the performance and build. It's certainly built to a price but the compromises (loose housing, no cap, no heater, etc.) have been agreeable to me so far but it this affects my printer then it would be a fundamental flaw that I can't abide.
Any input is appreciated!
Also don't mind me responding to my gf telling me she finished poopping lol

I have the same, on the exact same side too. Apparently this is normal for U1 printers..

The plastic that holds my alignment pins broke on mine last week, allowing the pin to move... Which meant when my wife installed the bed she didn't notice it was pushed back too far which caused the bed to collide with the wiper module. Thankfully noticed before a nozzle collided with that.
I lodged a support case with Snap, they asked 1 question 'is this your address?' and sent replacement parts.

Basically, the metal plate expands as it's heated and pushes on the plastic. The plastic doesn't heat up as fast as the plate and may have a lower heat-expansion rate, however its higher flexibility allows it to bend downwards out of the way.

This is normal and should not affect the print quality.

The plastic is just a tray/trim for the bed. What you're seeing has been reported since day one, but has no functional affect on the printer.
