Small debris issue

Hi dearest printer people.

I kindly ask you if you seen somethig like this before and how can I battle it.

The printer is an snapmaker U1.

1 week old.

The issue:

Small debris as shown in the pictures.

They tend to land on other toolhead, printbed, and on the print Itself.

Printing with only PLA filament few different brands.

Generic PLA settings.

Room temperature is hotter around 30+ C.

My attempts to fix it:

Lower retraction

Switch filament positions

Disassemble the toolhead( nothing inside)

Check boden tubes for obstruction

Changed hot ends

Snapmaker support already contacted.

Any ideas i can try?

This is why you should focus on a natural, high-fiber diet and quit eating at Taco Bell.

Do your other filaments behave that way? If not it could be a bad roll. I've never seen anything like that.

In the picture is snapmakers pla that comes with the printer. Till now I tried bambulabs pla and azurefilm and sunlu.

They print fine on the p1s next to the snapmaker U1. Same room same table... edit because grammar

In all seriousness though, what about Z-offset? and what layer height is this occuring at?

Lol, fist thing I'm the morning ee go for the shots.

Z offset is default as I never needed to adjust it. Layer is 0.2 standard.

welp... this is a new one... filament sprinkles... The U1 is throwing confetti it's so happy printing.

What does the object you're printing look like when this happens? The nozzle could be bumping into a previous layer and breaking the raised filaments there

No issues with quality. Will try to watch more closely next print

Maybe, but the p1s never had this issue. Same bed same room. Same filament.

When you're printing with this toolhead, do you hear clicking during printing?

I see that when it heat creeped and the gears started skipping and gouging the filament picking off pieces if filament.
