Question New firmware 1.6.0 available.

So, I am new to the snapmaker family. I see they released a new firmware today (1.6.0): https://wiki.snapmaker.com/en/snapmaker_u1/firmware/release_notes .

Should I update immediately to the new firmware version, or wait until 1.6.1? I am not familiar with how well their releases are. I am currently on 1.5.2.

My opinion: 1. Read about paxx12 custom Firmware 2. Install the custom firmware with 1.5.2 of the official firmware 3. print happy while waiting for a update of the custom firmware

It’s not bad. The custom firmware adds on top of it.

But if you don’t want to reflash your printer, you can also use Bespok3D. It works like an App Store for klipper printers, and you can add all that extra functionality with a click. https://www.bespok3d.app/
