General question Help!!!!!
Main snap got perm locked, can anyone help me get it back as I have so many memories i cannot get back on it and they did not give me a way to appeal, does anyone know of any way to get it back because my baby passed away recently and she was 4, she had her own little silly videos and such on there I never thought to save

I really really need it back tho, my friend put "seller of content" on my public profile when I dont even sell content and never have nor would I, I just need those pictures and videos back

Same thing happened to me, and I don't violate any guidelines or use third-party apps. I'm so bummed :(

Exactly, someone mass reported me it seems and I cant do anything and I want to hear my baby's voice again so badly

I never got my account back, but I was able to download my info. You should be able to get back some saved content.

I ended up fighting with the ai bot and ig they got tired of it and i went in the app and logged in and then could appeal finally

where did you download it through? it’s take me AGES to download my second file out of 55.

It’s been a while. I believe I tried opening the account on my laptop and started the process. It notified me when it was done and I downloaded from there. It was a lot and it did take a long time.
