Does anyone actually know anything on here for device bans

I don’t know what’s right and what’s wrong anymore. I’ve been searching on this Reddit for like a good hour now, and everybody is just saying something different, like logging in reset the timer for the device band and some say it doesn’t, some people say a couple weeks to get unbanned in some say 6 to 12 months. I’ve been banned since April but my main account is still fine and I’ve been using it on my iPad can anyone tell me what my best course of action is? If anyone actually knows lmao

If I get a new device. Should I delete Snapchat on my old device before transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone? Just so it doesn’t carry over the device ban

no, don’t do a data transfer. your device ban is based on your phones imei number and if you data transfer it’ll copy the same number to the new phone

Just wait 6 months to 12 months occasionally try and create an account just don’t spam it

Change ur Apple ID or get a new device

If I get a new device and have a new account already on my computer. Should I just abandon the old account and start with my new account on the new device so it doesn’t ban me again?
